Sr. Sales Executive at LTB Logistics

WE ARE GROWING AGAIN! LTB Logistics is looking for a motivated, self-starter who is eager to start with our branch in Alpharetta, GA. THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME ROLE. We have seen tremendous success and are growing at a fast pace. As a Sr. Sales Executive you will be responsible for acquiring new business by engaging with clients over phone and email. Primarily you will be focused on offering a variety of logistics services and solutions across multiple modes. Sr. Sales Executives will be equipped with the tools to tackle the full sales cycle; prospecting, relationship building, customer service and operations to ensure your clients are fully taken care of.

LTB Logistics first started back in 1957 and has head offices outside of Little Rock, AR in Stuttgart, AR. We operate as a full-service IMC and 3pl provider. LTB Logistics strives to ensure we can meet any supply chain need, from the production line to the store shelf, for customers both local and international. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and manage new client relationships along with accounts already in place
  • Drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration
  • Effectively utilize our CRM tool for client prospecting and pipeline management
  • Ability to navigate LTB’s state-of-the-art software to manage daily operational tasks such as account management, invoicing and tracking shipments
  • Build relationships with internal departments to ensure client shipments are managed accurately and efficiently for the full cycle
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals specified by Branch Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3-5 yrs experience a MUST
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • MUST HAVE BOOK OF BUSINESS
  • Ability to cold call with assertive, positive and persistent style
  • Motivated to reach and exceed quotas
  • Recognizes the importance of self-motivation, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Prospers in a fast-paced environment that requires problem solving and decision making
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
