As a National Account Rep at LYNC Logistics, you must be highly motivated and a self-started. National Account Reps are responsible for generating new and growing existing business through lead generation, networking and outbound phone calls on a daily basis. As you start your carrier with LYNC, you will create and manage your individual book of business accounts, which will require determining carrier capacity, rate negotiations, understanding market trends and issue resolutions.

Daily Tasks & Responsibility (include, but not limited to):

  • Provide solutions and services for shippers and carriers
  • Track shipment statuses
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules for shipments
  • Manage multiple driver transits, schedules and pricing requests
  • Develop new sales strategies as market trends change to improve business
  • Resolve freight discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Negotiate freight rates with customer and carriers
  • Constant contact to current and potential customers for new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed goals for sales revenue and gross margin on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
