DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 23 years old;
2. Must have 24 months verifiable driving experience;
3. Must have a clean MVR;
4. Must have a clean PSP; and
5. Must be willing to stay out a minimum of 21 days per month
6. $1.10 + Fuel Surcharge Loaded and 90 cents all empty miles
7. 45 cents a mile to go home
8. Trucks average 4,500-5,500 miles per week
9. Sign on bonus - paid upon completion of orientation
10. Two day paid orientation in St. Louis, MO
11. Owner Operators are paid to go home
12. No out of service penalties
13. Metro pays ALL tolls and permits
14. Fuel discounts provided at Pilot, Flying J, Loves, TA and Petro
15. Fuel tax reporting
16. Additional payment at the rate of $.05 per mile for teams that stay out longer than 21 days
