Job description

Magnus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas in different regions. Aggressive commission plan, flexible and fun working environment make Magnus a desirable company for a high energy performer. Our platform also helps customers with broader logistics challenges related to accounting, claims, vendor management, driver payroll, and equipment inventory management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hunter mentality to bring new business to Magnus Technology
  • Consistently exceed revenue quota each and every month.
  • Make a minimum of 25 new prospecting calls per week
  • Follow up on all Leads promptly
  • Networking with State trucking associations and other area events to promote Magnus Technologies
  • Enter all information into HubSpot CRM for reporting
  • Work closely with Sales/Product Engineer with demos and pre sales setup
  • Work closely with implementation team to onboard new customers and transition customer from pre sale to post sale support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Use of Sales process to move new prospects through the pipeline

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Solution sales experience
  • Transportation experience preferred but not required
  • Identify prospective customers and convey the value of the Magnus platform
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Use of Google suite of software including Google Meet web conferencing
  • Ability to use CRM software
  • Ability to work well with others as a team to accomplish common objectives.
  • Education: Business, Marketing or other 4-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
