As a member of the Customer Success and Support team, the Implementation Specialist serves a key role as the face of Magnus to the customer, guiding them from post-sale through go-live. You will play a key role in all parts of the project and will be part of a great team of industry professionals helping our customers successfully navigate the process of making the change to a new TMS.
Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
An enjoyment of working with people and being an effective communicator are just two of the things that will make you successful. You will be expected to run multiple projects concurrently, dealing with changing priorities, always with a focus on the success of our customers. You will be speaking to people at all levels of our customers’ organization so you must be as comfortable discussing the big picture with the CEO or Controller as you are going over the minute detail with the dispatch staff. Your ability to work independently in a largely remote world is critical. Equally important is being able to work as part of the team, ensuring the success of the group. You are someone who likes to travel and is able to work effectively from a home office.
