Dispatcher - Spanish Speaking

5F Tours is an AI Powered Dispatch Service based out of Denver, Colorado. We are focused on helping owner operators and small fleets grow with our AI recommended loads to boost their earnings and automate their everyday mundane tasks . As a freight dispatcher you will be assigned carriers based on your equipment knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

● Dispatching and communication functions to ensure on-time delivery

● Negotiating and booking freight on behalf of carriers

● Communication with drivers and shippers throughout the load cycle

● Providing updates to brokers and shippers as necessary

● Problem solving issues during transit

● Monitor driver progress to ensure on-time delivery

● Verifies all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year dispatching, carrier management, or brokerage experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Fluent in speaking Spanish
