Demand Generation Marketer

TrueNorth is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketer to join our growing marketing team. You will directly help drive the growth of TrueNorth by building and scaling marketing programs across multiple channels. You will own and execute on the marketing demand generation strategy to generate leads, promote our brand, support the sales process, and help convert prospects into customers, playing an integral role in executing our marketing strategy. This role reports to the Head of Growth. You will also work closely with colleagues in sales, product and marketing.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, can collaborate cross-functionally, and will have previously held a role managing some of the aforementioned channels at a high growth company or startup.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our acquisition efforts across offline, online and local channels for aggressive growth goals
  • Own new channel testing to optimize campaigns to hit business performance goals.
  • Execute campaigns across digital (FB, Google, display), direct mail, OOH, OTT, radio, podcasts and TV.
  • Identify demand generation opportunities and pull together activities to create holistic experience, where target audiences experience multiple touches throughout the journey
  • Define KPI’s and monitor and report on results across all owned channels
  • Innovate on existing process, automation, and scalability of our marketing programs
  • Work closely with sales to optimize lead management and handoff through ongoing pipeline reviews.
  • Work with the broader marketing, sales and customer success teams to execute full-funnel integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and community engagement team to develop marketing assets and collateral
  • Partner with our product team to refine value-proposition, marketing and conversions
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience and a track record of success in demand generation marketing. SaaS environment preferred.
  • Must have experience working with FaceBook, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Prefer experience in offline acquisition including radio, podcast, TV, direct mail and OOH
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across product, marketing, creative and sales.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability for campaign performance and spend at granular and high-level detail
  • Able to excel in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
