Dispatcher - Night Shift

5F Tours is an AI Powered Dispatch Service based out of Denver, Colorado. We are focused on helping owner operators and small fleets grow with our AI recommended loads to boost their earnings and automate their everyday mundane tasks . As a freight dispatcher you will be assigned carriers based on your equipment knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• The Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative is in charge of dispatching and communication functions to ensure on-time delivery completion
• Negotiate and book freight on carriers behalf
• Communicates with drivers and customers through computers or phones, and assigns carriers to routes
• Track and trace all shipments and provide customer or broker any updates
• Problem solve issues while in transit
• Assist with factoring set up if needed
• Invoice customers and organize all paperwork
• Ensures drivers are on time and keep track of the status of route and delivery completion
• Acts as a liaison and answers incoming phone calls from drivers on the road
• Maintains logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
• Obtains receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collects payment for services when required
• Checks all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate

Requirements:

• 3-5 years dispatching experience
• Able to work 7pm-5am shift
• Must speak English fluently
• Preferred Bilingual Spanish
